Outside the 14-day window, paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or where a serious technical issue prevented you from using the Service. We may still offer a refund at our discretion - just reach out.
You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
If something looks wrong on your bill, please email us first - most issues get resolved the same day. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.
Chargebacks found to be unjustified by the card network may lead to permanent account termination plus recovery of the disputed amount and reasonable administrative costs.
You are. Clipdrop Live is a tool for processing audio you already have the right to use. We don't grant any music license, and we're not a music rights clearinghouse.
DJ sets typically contain copyrighted music, and the platforms you publish to (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) have their own commercial-music policies and Content ID systems. You are responsible for clearing rights and complying with platform rules. See section 3 of our Terms for the full text.
No. Drop detection, clip cutting, and export all run locally on your machine. We don't upload your sets to our servers. The only data on our side is what you give us directly - your account email, subscription info, and any support messages you send.
From your account settings, click "Manage subscription" → "Cancel". Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period - no surprise mid-month cut-off. If you can't find the option, email business@sjuulstudios.com and we'll handle it.
Drop your email in the early access form at the top of the page. We're starting with a small group of working DJs to stress-test the tool before opening it up.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We support major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL for Dutch customers, SEPA Direct Debit, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. Pricing is in euros, and applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
